Welcome to HOAi Budgets. With HOAi, a Community Association Manager can go from zero to a board-ready draft budget in about 10 minutes — the agent pulls historical actuals, contracts, and the reserve study straight from Vantaca, applies your company's preferences, and writes a justification on every line.

This page is the high-level map. Start here, then peel back the layers only where you need the detail.

In 30 seconds

You set up your configuration once. For each association you give the agent any context it can't see in the data, then click Run Budget. The agent works for about 10 minutes — pulling your Vantaca data and drafting every line — while you do something else. You review the proposal on screen, adjust it by chat or directly in the sheet, then Proceed to advance the Vantaca action item and attach the workbook for board review. After sign-off, you import the approved numbers into Vantaca (a manual paste-and-upload).
