This guide provides a step-by-step process for efficiently viewing and managing proposals within the HOAi Dashboard. It reviews the navigation and filtering of workflows, ensuring users can quickly access and modify relevant proposals.
Navigate to the HOAi Dashboard upon logging in. This is the default view once logged in:

You can filter items you prefer to see based on the Action Item ID, Workflow, Community, and/or Action Item creation dates.
3. Click "Apply Filters"
4. Click on the proposal you wish to review and process
5. The proposal contains sections that outline the workflow that this item is being processed in, actions that the agent has already completed, and proposed actions that the agent will act on.
The link to the Action Item will be displayed for reference, and if there are any attachments paired with the action item, they will also be listed along with the action item link:
6. Clicking on the Action Item link will enable a fly-out window that displays the action item information and history.
7. Once all information in the proposal has been reviewed, you will select which action you wish to perform.
Those actions are Proceed, Modify, or Reject
8. If you need to modify any of the agent's findings, click the "Modify." A new tab will open with the ability to click the "Send a Message" field. Here, enter the new instruction. Let the training begin!
9. Once the new information has been added to the chat message field, click "Send Message."
A new proposal will be generated with the updated instruction. From here, click "Proceed" to allow the work to be completed by the agent in your system!
