This monthly update is dedicated to Ownership Transfers!

The HOAi Ownership Transfer Agent streamlines post-closing updates in Vantaca once you've received the title company's documentation and created an Ownership Transfer action item. The agent will:

• Add the new owner's information (with email/phone and optional mailing address different from the property).

• Adjust applicable charges based on the settlement date.

• Transfer applicable homeowner tags to the buyer (property-related tags only).

• Create a follow-up Closings Task on the seller's account to flag potential refunds (credit balance) or remaining balances for review.
